Students above grade 6 can join the senior band.

Join

This is a marching band with brass instruments. This is the most common type of band in schools of the Maldives. There are a lot of schools with brass instruments that have never been taken out. This program will build up students that will help schools to make use of the instruments.

Instruments

Students will learn about all the instruments in the band and each student will have a major instrument. The band consists of the following instruments

  • Bass Drums
  • Snare Drums
  • Cymbals
  • Trumpets / Cornets
  • Horns
  • Baritones
  • Trombones
  • Euphoniums
  • Tuba
